Anyhow, nowadays seems like everyone is using Iphone, especially Iphone 4. I guess many heard this before : If you want to be updated, follow the trend and get an Iphone 4 for yourself !. Here am i, wondering, how good the Iphone can be? I was an Iphone user before. Take note that is a WAS. Due to some reasons, i've sold it off. Steve Jobs, i guess everybody know who is he, showed off the latest Iphone 4 smartphone with the idea that it will replace his stonklingly successful 3G gizmo. However, how smart the phone can be? Here are some reasons why buying an Iphone 4 is not a good idea.

The name implies that it is a 4th generation mobile phone when it is actually still 3G. Apple says that it is the Iphone 4, however some might be dumb enough to believe that it can use the 4th generation wireless broadband standards, although it really can't.

The Iphone 4 appears to have trouble with WiFi. Apple is historically quite bad at engineering WiFi products that work. Many of its flaws have been related to Airport. When Jobs attempted to show off the Iphone 4 yesterday the WiFi did not not work. Jobs claimed it was because there were too many people using WiFi in the Moscone conference centre, but we have to take his word for that. The Apple Ipad has a similar problem in that you have to be practically sitting on a wireless router for it to get a decent WiFi connection. This is ironic as the Iphone 4 has a stainless-steel band around the outside edge that Apple says is designed to improve WiFi network reception, but it still doesn't seem to work very well.

The Iphone 4 is selling on its video-calling program, called FaceTime. However this is limited to WiFi networks for now, which means that the best thing about the Iphone 4 will not work in most locations unless you happen to be near a WiFi hot spot. Also you can only conference with other Iphone 4 users. I guess the most surprising part is this. The Iphone 4 is built by Chinese wage-slaves working 12-hour shifts in conditions that have led to a rash of suicides, and Apples has called police to suppress freedom of the press. While the Iphone 4 is not 'less moral' than the Iphone 3G, users now have less excuse to turn a blind eye to how the product is made.

Judging by Apple's previous behaviour the Iphone 4 will be out of date within a year, although most mobile phone contracts are for two years. And something more Androidish in a smartphone does more for the same price, without the Apple lock in. Last but not least, the Iphone 4 while thinner, still has that easy to slip out your hand shape. This means that you have to buy those covers which bulk the thing out again. It also still has a plastic back which can be scratched and break. Just like what has happened to my friend's Iphone 4.

Apple has allayed concerns over all the glass on the Iphone 4 with claims that it's 'Chemically strengthened to be 20 times stiffer and 30 times harder than plastic,' but apparently glass is still glass. And with twice as much of it comes twice the vulnerability. Iphone 4 has lesser durability than Iphone 3G that i was using. Honest speaking, i've dropped the phone for many times and is still working just fine. Normal functioning, i would said it. But before i've decided to sell it off, the phone only functioning as a secondary phone with the gaming function. Other than that, it suit no use for me at all.

Anyhow, after started working, i've once planned to buy this Iphone 4. Thanks to those attractive package offered. But somehow, he changed my mind. Mainly because of some reasons he extremely dont like this phone. Partially i've seen how terrible is the battery duration. I've seen my friend bring along the charge in her handbags all the time, another one in office and one in her car. I mean for all the excellent functions that Steve Jobs has been promoting, Iphone 4 need to be connected to the WiFi all the time in order to reach it's peak. But the battery doesnt help much, instead, it has created shortcomings and troublesome. 

Well, i guess i'm fine using this now

Our couple phone. *smile* We're using this for almost more than half a year. Not bad. I love Android. I guess is definitely more user-friendly than Iphone. Plus, we're using pink color which so outstanding to recognize our own phone. Furthermore, i love it's pocketability. Small and cute, likeable chubby ! Seriously, i'm not going to sell this little cute thing off, not even you Bay, you heard me right? *laugh*

If you've asked me what phone i would want to buy, it is either Samsung Galaxy S2, Samsung Galaxy S2 Pro, or HTC !

Anything but not Iphone ! *smile* No offence, although Iphone has its own usefulness in some sense, but it just not my cup of tea now. Cheers. =)
