Perhentian Island - My valentine's destination

The two main islands are Perhentian Besar ("Big Perhentian") and Perhentian Kecil Island ("SmallPerhentian"). Kecil attracts more travellers as it has cheaper accommodation, while Besar is a little more expensive and caters more to families and those who want to avoid the backpacker party scene.

Approximately a year ago, we were on Perhentian Kecil. It was amazing. And this year, we decided to try for Perhentian Besar. As usual, it will only be impulsive vacation on the last minute. Fortunately, we got this Mama's challet last minute confirmation that there are still seaview challet available for us!! 

Due to the eastern monsoon, the season in the Perhentians, of course and all other east coast islands is effectively limited to the period between the beginning of March or April until late October. Outside this period the seas can be very rough and choppy, skies overcast and with currents that make swimming dangerous and most accommodation options are closed. However many of them located on Coral beach start on beginning of Feb, while on the Long beach usually a month later. When going during off-season be aware that there will be literally no one there but you !! That was how we spent our vacation on Perhentian kecil !! It was awesome.

Okey, so just a step ahead off our challet and then we are on the beach!!

This weren't our first trip. We have been to places like Cameron highland, Genting highland, Pangkor Island, Kuala Lumpur, Melacca and etc. For each getaway, we get even closer. We love vacations and the best would be backpack style!! No plans, no headache. 

Here's some advice: whether it's your first trip together or the highly anticipated, much-romanticized honeymoon, travel ramps up the pressure and can tell you what you need to know about another person and how (or if) you'll have fun and solve problems together. One high-stress trip can result in a relationship flameout or the discovery of true love.

Well, traveling can be seen as a mini-test to see how your relationship works when you are together 24-7 and dealing with unpredictable circumstances.Lack of shared interests or willingness to explore each other's interests can surface early, and it matters. When traveling early in the relationship, suggests a few key questions to ask yourself: Does your partner want to do the same things you do or trade off your choices with his choices? Does she roll with unexpected delays or does she complain when your plans go away? Does he treat hotel and restaurant staff with respect or does he have temper tantrums? Does he spend more time saving money than having fun? So, all these essential enough.

We had been through so much, i do believed we have alot of shared interest which bring us who we are now. Lots of love from him lately.

Toyota Vios Tuners - a place for Vios car lovers

Most females, though, at least in my experience, really dont talk much about cars or show much interest in them unless they were sales rep. Even then, many of them look on it more as a job and income than a real love of cars. Women, for example, usually dont talk a lot about cars with me unless they have a car problem, car question, or decide they are ready to shop for a new cars. This is not necessarily a sign of "prejudice","stereotypes", or "image". It is just seems to reflect some of the natural differences between men and women. 

"Women grew up with dolls" if you have ever heard of this statement. Well, however, women today are catching up.... there are female car lovers and even female drifter. One of our Malaysia's famous female drifter - Leona Chin proves not just to the local but to the worldwide that women can do what men can. Cars' not just men's business. Men used to take their women to car shows to show them off as an "eye candy". But now, women starting to buy their own cars, mod their own cars and maintainence theirs own.

Okey, so what's with Toyota Vios Tuners. It's a car club in Malaysia which gathered over thousands of Vios owner. They are friendly, family and some of them really shown their passion in cars. Well, i'm TVTian 748.

TVT (Toyota Vios Tuners) organized alot of TT (teh tarik session). Where we also called it as convoi (gathering). Annually they will have mega TT for TVTians from all over the Malaysia to gather along and know each other. There are family days and even futsal event.

Well, here's my ride. I have slightly touch up on the outter look and for interior, i have my sound system with 12 inch woofer plus TV set. Still nothing much on performance, i just have my sport absorber IMP and Tein sport spring. Lowered is always nicer. Then my love had given me a 2-point strug bar Ultra Racing. He claimed to be for my safetiness. *lol* Mid bullet and muffler a.k.a silencer changed too! Sooner or later i will have more activities with my Silver Riding Hood. We shall see how later. Hahaha.
